This is a brand new, in-the-box Spring Assisted Opening Tactical Folding knife made by ElitEdge. It is 4 3/4" closed in length, with a blade length of 3 3/4". It has a 3D DIXIE FLAG ABS handle. The knife is a linerlock. The drop point blade is black coated stainless steel. It has a thumb stud, finger notch, belt clip, belt cutter, glass breaker, and assisted opening for easy use and operation. This is a very attractive tactical for the price.
