– THE FUNCTIONAL APPEAL OF THIS BUNDLE OF MAGS:

The great thing about the specific configuration of this bundle is that the majority of these mags (x20) are the high-quality MAGPUL 25rd, which are by far the more practical of the bunch, but you still get a very solid complement of the 30rd and 40rd sizes (at x6 mags for each) which also have their place and use especially in self-defense applications, though without having to commit too much money for those more exotic high-capacity variants. The rationale for this is that .308 ammo gets heavy quickly as you stack it deeper when combined with the already-heavy AR-10 rifle itself, and also, it’s more of a hunting/marksman round anyway as opposed to a high-rate of fire cartridge like the assault-oriented AR-15 5.56mm. In practice, what this means it that whether for hunting or self-defense, having so many 25rd mags will allow you to fulfill virtually any realistic/likely loadout and situation at a viable “carry-able and shoot-able” level, for a couple people or to have plenty of backups for one person, and yet if you want to go heavier like Rambo, the 30rd and 40rd mags included here will allow you to do so, or to mix and match, experiment and use whatever feels more comfortable for you to haul, load and shoot with. In the off-chance you decided that you just love .308 30rd or 40rd mags and they’re perfect for you, you could always buy more at market price elsewhere, but it’s not the kind of thing most people would want to commit a large investment into right away without knowing for sure yet, whereas the 25rd mags are easily a safe bet. Most people prefer more manageable sizes like 25rd 20rd etc, but either way this will be an excellent place to start by having the choice and flexibility, throttled appropriately between sizes. This also heavily depends on how large/strong the user is: a really fit muscular soldier or civilian could easily pack hundreds of .308 rounds in 30rd/40rd mags and reap the battle benefits of out-shooting his adversaries but without the relative weight or inaccuracy penalty an average user might otherwise incur. And buying it here is more affordable in one go (relative to the entire quantity all combined) than you could achieve to get this same bundle package anywhere else on the market. 

– Due to high-capacity mag limits in certain states, this item cannot be sold to the following states: WA, OR, CA, CO, IL, NY, VT, MA, RI, NJ, CT, MD, DE, DC. Of course the laws are always changing state by state, but Hawaii seems to be an exception in that the high-capacity magazine ban is only for handguns, so these rifle mags are still legal there. In order to remain legally compliant, I can only sell and ship to states NOT on that list (again, Hawaii is fine). If you live in one of those states, I do sympathize with you for the anti-2nd-amendment political stance of your state’s representation and current laws, however please do not buy this item since then I will be unable to ship to you and will be forced to refund your money anyway.
