Shipping Policy

Airguns cannot ship to the following locations. If you order to one to these, your order will be cancelled, and we reserve the right to retain any incurred costs out of your refund. As the airguns we sell often are considered ‘replicas’, this list is unfortunately long, and because this item is shipping from our supplier, we cannot make any exceptions.

Returns & Cancellations

We will hold items for up to 5 days after a sale has completed. If you're unable to make payment during this time please reach out to us, otherwise the sale will be cancelled.

Items still in their original box may be eligible for return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Please reach out as soon as possible to confirm eligibility.

We do our best to ensure our listings, term and conditions, and any other information is accurate at the time of listing. If a mistake is made we will work with you to try and come to a mutually agreeable solution, but if that is not possible we will provide a refund and void the sale.

Terms & Conditions

Know and Abide By The Law

Because laws can vary from state to state, by bidding/buying an item from us it is your responsibility to ensure you comply with any special requirements or restrictions for buying ammunition, and we will do the same, because nobody wants a visit from the ATF.

We will not sell to anyone under the age of 18 for any ammunition, and will not sell handgun ammunition to anyone under the age of 21.

We reserve the right to ask for ID, proof of eligibility, or anything else to confirm we can legally ship ammunition or magazines to you, and may cancel your purchase if we are unable to be 100% confident no laws are going to be broken.

For safety reasons we cannot accept any returns on ammunition, however in the event that something does go wrong we will do our best to make it right.

Shipping Restrictions States/places/things we won't ship ammunition to

City of Chicago, DC, AK, HI, MA, NY City, APO & FPO Addresses, P.O Boxes, anything else outside of the US lower 48 (If you live in one of these places and believe you do meet the requirements to buy ammo online, unfortunately we have no way to verify so are not able to sell to you at this time)

Magazines cannot ship to APO & FPO Addresses, P.O Boxes, anything else outside of the US lower 48.

These requirements are based on our current understanding of the law and level of risk we can accept, and are subject to change at any moment. Please make sure you don't order something you're not allowed to receive, and have the required ID ready to send over. If in doubt please contact us before ordering/bidding.

Ammunition
CA: Will ship to an FFL (please put the FFL as your shipping address)
CT: Must have a valid CT state handgun carry permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate
IL (other than Chicago): Must have a valid FOID, and either the FOID or an IL drivers license must list your shipping address
NJ: Must have a valid Firearms Purchase ID
NY (other than NYC): We will ship directly to you if you live outside of NYC, until the background check provision of the NY Safe Act takes effect
Magazines
10 round capacity or less will be shipped to everywhere you can legally purchase magazines
Connecticut residents will need to provide a valid driver's license and one of the following: state handgun carry permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate
More than 10 round capacity will not be shipped to:
California
Illinois: City of Chicago and Cook County
Connecticut
District of Columbia
Hawaii
Maryland
Massachusetts
New Jersey
New York
Vermont (Rifles)
More than 15 round capacity will not be shipped to
Aurora, Illinois
Colorado
Vermont (Pistols)

If a shipment is returned to us for whatever reason prior to delivery or from an FFL we reserve the right to retain a 25% restocking fee from any refund we may provide, to cover the cost of shipping, GunBroker fees, handling etc...

We will hold items for up to 5 days from the date of sale to validate paperwork. If you cannot send through the required documentation within 5 days please reach out, otherwise the sale will be cancelled.

Unrestricted items, such as weapon lights, will ship to the lower 48 + AK and HI, assuming there are no other restrictions.
