1. Always keep safety on until ready to fire.
2. Always wear eye and ear protection when firing any gun.
3. When loading, unloading, or shooting do not put your hand or other body part in front of the barrel.
4. When firing, do not place your fingers along the side of the barrel or in front of the barrel.
5. Before firing, make sure that your firearm is in good working order and that the barrel is clear of dirt and obstructions.
6. If the firearm fails to fire a live round; engage safety, point in a safe direction, wait 30 seconds and then carefully unload it. Now inspect the barrel for obstructions from the breech end. If the barrel bore is clear, reload gun, disengage the safety. Completing these steps, you can now fire the gun.
7. Never cross obstacles such as fences or streams with a loaded firearm.
8. Never run with a loaded gun.
9. Never shoot at a hard surface or hard, flat surface or over a liquid surface, such as water to avoid a ricochet and possible serious personal injury to yourself or a bystander.

Standard free shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage® Service
Expedited shipping uses USPS Priority Mail® Service
If your order weighs more than 15.99 ounces you will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail®
Expedited Shipping at no extra cost to you.
All orders are shipped with tracking.
We may at our descretion ship with USPS Priority Mail® Service Expedited shipping even if the order
weighs under 15.99 ounces.
We may at our descretion ship with signature confirmation delivery. This will require an adult signature
upon delivery.
We may at our descretion use shipping carriers other than USPS.
Shipping Time
USPS Ground Advantage® Service 2-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail® Service 2-3 business days.
Shipping times are estimates based on a ship to address within the continental US. Shipping times are
not guaranteed by the USPS or by Serpico Performance LLC.
Handling Time
We strive to ship orders the same day or next business day. If we experience a large amount of orders
the handling time could be longer. Our website allows you to place a backorder. When backordering a
product the handling time could be longer. Handling times are not guaranteed. If there will be a
significant delay in shipping your order we will contact you.
Restrictions
We DO NOT ship outside the USA 50 States.
We only ship to the PayPal verified address.
We have shipping restrictions set up with our site to block orders from outside the country. If you are
using a VPN it may still allow you to place an order. DO NOT attempt to place an order if you are outside
the USA 50 States. If we receive an order with a ship to address outside the USA 50 States it will be
cancelled and a 5% processing fee will be applied to the refund. This applies to all US Territories and
Protectorates including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the
Northern Mariana Islands.
Returned Shipments
If your order is returned to sender because of a wrong address, no forwarding address, or failure to pick
up after a delivery attempt was made your order will be inspected for damage. ( damaged orders will be
refused ) After inspection your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your original
payment method minus a 15% processing/restocking fee. Please make sure the address you provide is
correct, current, and complete.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation is delivery confirmation. When packages are scanned as delivered they are
considered to be delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are delivered.
Please allow up to 3 days after a delivery scan for a package to arrive. USPS commonly scans packages
as delivered days ahead of actual delivery. Please contact your local post office regarding missing
packages that are scanned as delivered. We are unable to see any more information than you can with
regards to the tracking information. Once a package is scanned as delivered it is considered to be in
your possession and is completely your responsibility from that point forward. Thank you for
understanding.
Signature Confirmation
We offer signature confirmation as an extra cost option if you want the package delivered to your door
with an adult signature required. If you have had packages stolen from your mailbox before this is wise
insurance. We may at our descretion ship with signature confirmation delivery if we perceive any risks
that necessitate it. If we opt for signature confirmation it will be at no extra cost to you.

RETURN POLICY
Serpico Performance LLC Return Policy
We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals,
instructions and accessories within 30 days of the original order date.
PLEASE NOTE - ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A PROCESSING/ RESTOCKING FEE
*If a refund is issued, there will be a credit card processing/restocking fee of 15%.*
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in the
original packaging.
A few things to note:
After we issue a refund, it can take 3-10 business days to see a credit minus PROCESSING/ RESTOCKING
FEE back to your original form of payment.

Returning
