We can only ship firearms to individuals holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL).

If you purchase a firearm online, you can either pick it up at our store or have it shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you.

We may verify the FFL you select during checkout before shipping your firearm(s). Please ensure you contact the receiving FFL licensee before making a purchase.

 

3. CHANGING, MODIFYING, SUBSTITUTING ORDERS:

We understand that errors can occur.

If you need to modify an existing order, please note that we do not make changes directly due to security reasons.

Instead, the order will be canceled if if the item has not shipped yet, and you will be refunded the full amount minus a $10 charge.

You can then replace the order on the website. Please be aware that transaction lead times will restart at this point.

 

4. RETURNS, CANCELED ORDERS, AND ORDER FULFILLMENT:

5. ORDER ISSUES, DAMAGED PACKAGES.

You have 10 days after delivery date to inspect your firearms before transfer from your dealer,

if there is any damage from shipment DO NOT TAKE TRANSFER, Contact us immediately! 

After 10 days, or transfered you, damage claims are forfeited.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

 

6. AMMUNITION PURCHASES: 

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.

All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required, and sales on these items are final.

Always ensure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms and abide by local laws and regulations.
