By accessing or using WeaponDepot.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. All users must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, sale, and possession of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All listings must accurately describe the item being offered for sale. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all transactions comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to background check requirements and FFL transfer regulations.

The following items are prohibited from being listed on the Platform:

• Items that violate federal, state, or local law
• Stolen property
• Items with altered or removed serial numbers
• Explosive devices or materials
• Any item restricted under the National Firearms Act without proper documentation

All firearm transactions must be completed through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in compliance with federal law. Buyers are responsible for locating an FFL dealer to receive transferred firearms. Sellers must verify the receiving FFL's license before shipping any firearm.

WeaponDepot.com may charge fees for certain services, including listing fees, transaction fees, and promotional features. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. Payments are processed through our secure payment partners.

WeaponDepot.com is a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not take possession of or inspect items listed on the Platform. WeaponDepot.com is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listings, items, or transactions conducted through the Platform.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the property of WeaponDepot.com or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission.

WeaponDepot.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
