Sending Stream Invitations
Before your stream, invite your audience to tune in. From the stream creation page, you can import contacts via CSV file or add them manually by email or phone number. WeaponDepot sends personalized invitations through email (via SendGrid) and SMS (via Twilio) with your stream title, scheduled time, and a direct link to join. You can also share your stream link on social media. Invitations are sent automatically at the scheduled time or when you manually trigger them. Building a strong invitation list is key to driving viewership — the more viewers you have, the more competitive your auctions become.
Buyer Stream Notifications
As a buyer, you receive stream notifications when sellers you follow go live or schedule upcoming streams. Enable notifications in your account settings to get alerts via email, SMS, or in-app push notifications. You also receive reminders 30 to 60 minutes before a scheduled stream begins so you can plan to tune in. Follow your favorite sellers and creators to build a personalized stream schedule. The Stream Schedule page at /schedule shows all upcoming streams across the platform, filterable by category, seller, and time.
