Flxpoint Integration Guide

Flxpoint is a multi-channel e-commerce orchestration platform that connects your WeaponDepot store to other marketplaces and sales channels. With Flxpoint, you can sync your inventory, orders, and product data across Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon (for non-firearm accessories), WooCommerce, and other platforms — all from one unified dashboard. This eliminates the need to manually update listings on each channel. When you add a new product on WeaponDepot, Flxpoint can automatically push that listing to your connected channels. When inventory changes on any channel, Flxpoint updates all other connected channels in near real-time to prevent overselling. Flxpoint's RESTful API and webhook system enables deep automation — from order routing to vendor management — making it an essential tool for high-volume sellers on WeaponDepot.

Flxpoint's marketplace integration is one of the most powerful features for firearms sellers on WeaponDepot. Connect your Flxpoint account to sync your inventory bi-directionally across multiple sales channels — list on WeaponDepot and have those listings automatically appear on your connected marketplaces, and vice versa. Orders placed on external channels are routed back to your WeaponDepot fulfillment workflow, ensuring you have one centralized system for managing all sales regardless of where the buyer found your product. Product data including descriptions, images, pricing, and category mappings are all handled automatically. Flxpoint handles the nuances of each marketplace's listing requirements so you don't have to manually adjust each listing for compliance with different platform formats.

For sellers who work with multiple suppliers or vendors, Flxpoint's dropship orchestration streamlines the entire process. Configure your vendor feeds — whether they provide data via CSV, API, or EDI — and Flxpoint normalizes all product data into a consistent format for your WeaponDepot store. When an order comes in, Flxpoint can automatically route it to the correct vendor for fulfillment based on rules you configure (closest warehouse, lowest cost, fastest shipping, etc.). Tracking information from vendors flows back through Flxpoint to WeaponDepot and is shared with buyers automatically. This multi-vendor dropship model lets you offer a much larger catalog without holding inventory, while maintaining the same level of fulfillment quality your customers expect.

To connect Flxpoint to your WeaponDepot store, first log in to your Flxpoint account at app.flxpoint.com and generate an API Bearer Token. Flxpoint uses three token types, each granting access to different functionality: Source tokens (for inventory push, fulfillment requests, and shipments — ideal if you're a supplier or distributor), Channel tokens (for listing sync, publishing, order management, and shipments — ideal for sellers syncing listings across marketplaces), and Dealer tokens (for B2B listings and orders — ideal for resellers). To generate a token: go to Sources, Sales Channels, or Reseller Channels in Flxpoint, select your connection, navigate to the Basic Info screen, find the API Access section, and click 'Grant Access' to create your Bearer Token. Then navigate to the Integration Portal on WeaponDepot, locate the Flxpoint card in the Shipping & Logistics section, click Connect, paste your Bearer Token, and select your token type. WeaponDepot will validate your token against the Flxpoint API before activating the connection. Once connected, inventory sync, listing publishing, order routing, and fulfillment tracking all flow automatically between WeaponDepot and your Flxpoint-connected channels.
