Buyer Safety

- Never complete a firearm transaction outside of the FFL transfer process. All firearms must be transferred through a licensed dealer.
- Use WeaponDepot.com's secure payment system for all transactions. Never send payment outside of the platform.
- Report any suspicious listings or sellers to our safety team immediately.
- Inspect items carefully upon receipt. Contact the seller and our support team if there are discrepancies with the listing description.
Seller Safety
- Verify buyer eligibility before completing any transaction. Do not sell firearms to individuals who are legally prohibited from purchasing them.
- Ship firearms only to licensed FFL dealers. Never ship a firearm directly to an individual.
- Keep detailed records of all transactions, including shipping information and FFL details.
- Accurately describe items in your listings, including any defects, modifications, or relevant history.
- Use proper packaging and insured shipping methods for all firearms and ammunition.
Legal Compliance
All users must comply with the Gun Control Act (GCA), the National Firearms Act (NFA), and all applicable state and local firearms regulations.
WeaponDepot.com monitors listings for compliance and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Illegal listings will be removed and reported.
Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles and shotguns, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, in accordance with federal law.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited on WeaponDepot.com:
- Any item that violates federal, state, or local law
- Stolen firearms or property
- Firearms with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers
- Unregistered NFA items (short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, suppressors, machine guns) without proper documentation
- Explosive devices, destructive devices, or their components
- Drug paraphernalia or controlled substances
- Any item intended to deceive or defraud buyers
